COACHING PHILOSOPHY:
In her one-on-one coaching practice, Lisa Krim works in partnership with senior leaders who are committed to accelerating their own growth and navigating change. She supports them in unlocking, reaching and sustaining their individual potential as leaders, ultimately enhancing their individual effectiveness and their organization’s performance.
Lisa’s coaching practice is designed to draw out the resourcefulness and resilience in each of her clients. Her work begins by exploring and understanding each leader’s individual goals. Lisa then works with each client to define a specific outcomes and a plan to achieve them. Throughout the relationship Lisa engages her clients in direct, honest, and purposeful conversations that are aligned with the leader’s goals and outcomes. Lisa asks questions, offers observations, and makes requests, all with the intention of developing her clients’ capacity for self-awareness and generating more options, choices and effective behaviors for them as leaders. Lisa customizes tools and assessments for each leader, including the Leadership Circle Profile assessment, a robust tool for leadership development that Lisa is certified to administer and coach.
When working with teams, cohorts, and organizations, Lisa uses her presence and coaching skills to enable her to listen deeply, create space for all voices and ideas, identify patterns, reframe challenges into opportunities, stay focused on the desired goals and outcomes, and create the conditions for the team or group to collaborate effectively and make meaningful progress to meet their objectives.
Offerings include 1:1 coaching, customized facilitation for teams built around learning and growth opportunities and team effectiveness, and cohort coaching for small groups around common challenges and transitions.
